Fashion has represented the people of that era for decades, from all the way back in the 1920s. There are some styles that just never went out of fashion. Fedoras are still very popular hats to wear, a throwback to the roaring ’20s where they originated. It’s a look that flatters almost any figure while keeping a professional image, which is probably why the style has lasted this long.

The past decade has been a mixture of previous styles instead of having its own unique style. Perhaps this is another reflection of the society we live in. America is fast becoming a melting pot of ethnicities and faiths. It’s not a surprise that fashion is doing the same. Peasant blouses from the 60s are mixed with skin tight pants from the 80s.
